Right after I finish this freebie today. I realized that about the time Valentine’s Day rolled around, I was going to be hip deep in the Steampunk. Stopping to write a quick short story might throw off my mojo! (cuz I am chock-full of mojo, dontchaknow) So I decided to get this done now.

I’m revamping one of my many, many iterations of TRTWD (The Regency That Wouldn’t Die) and tying it up all nice and neat. Should end up around 5K — hopefully not much longer than that.

Hey, at least it’s a plan! I read through what I have of the Steampunk and I’ve already added 1K words, so I’m working my way into the groove with it.

PS – I have no comment on the latest Harlequin scandal because I just don’t care enough to stay current with it. Same with Random House, except to say that I have no doubt that agents are scrambling for their clients right now. As I have no intention of submitting to either Hq or RH, this is not in my bailiwick.

Really, I just wanted to use the word ‘bailiwick.’
